Terms of Service

• You are responsible for the accuracy of service logs and vehicle information you enter.
• You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or disrupt its operation.
• We may update, add, or remove features over time. Features labeled "Pro" or "Fleet" may require a paid plan.
• The service is accessed via web browser and mobile apps (iOS and Android). Mobile app store terms may also apply.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account.
• Vehicles can be shared; access depends on assigned roles (viewer / editor / owner).
• Owners may add or remove members from a vehicle at their discretion.
• If you are added as a member of a vehicle, the vehicle owner controls your access level and data visibility.

• The Pro plan is a one-time payment of $19.99 USD (or equivalent in local currency), processed securely by Stripe.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase. Access to Pro features is granted once payment is confirmed.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are not offered after Pro features have been activated, except as required by applicable consumer law.
• Fleet plan details and pricing will be announced when available. Any pre-release Fleet access may be modified or revoked.

You retain ownership of content you upload or enter (vehicle data, service logs, attachments). You grant Camchain the limited right to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service.

• You may not upload illegal, abusive, or infringing content as attachments or notes.
• If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, contact us at support@camchain.app with a description of the work, its location, and your contact information. We will respond promptly.

You agree to indemnify and hold Camchain harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that vehicle valuation estimates are accurate. Vehicle maintenance involves risk — always follow manufacturer guidance and qualified advice. We are not responsible for damages arising from reliance on information stored in the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camchain's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse (including abuse of shared access, uploading prohibited content, or violating these terms).
• You may stop using the service at any time. If self-serve account deletion is not available yet, contact support to request removal.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
