Camchain is a cloud-based vehicle service logbook. Track service history, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and share access with mechanics, family, or co-owners. Every entry is attributed to a contributor and locked after 24 hours for accountability.

Yes. The Free plan covers up to 2 vehicles, 2 team members, and core features — service logs, fuel tracking, maintenance schedules, and CSV import/export.

Pro is a one-time payment of $19.99 AUD and adds up to 15 vehicles, 5 team members, photo and PDF attachments (3 per log), professional PDF exports, ZIP archive download, and AI vehicle valuation.

Fleet is designed for workshops, farms, and teams managing multiple vehicles. It will include unlimited vehicles, up to 20 team members, 5 attachments per log, and dedicated support. Pricing and availability will be announced later.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Major credit and debit cards are accepted. Camchain does not store your full card details.

From your garage, click Add vehicle and enter the details. You can also import vehicle data from another app using the import feature on the profile page.

Yes. Go to the vehicle's settings page and add members by email. You can assign roles: Primary Owner (full control), Owner (can edit settings), Editor (can add logs), or Viewer (read-only).

Yes. The Primary Owner can transfer primary ownership to another member from the vehicle settings page.

Yes. You can export a professional PDF of the full service history, download individual service log PDFs, export all data as CSV, or download all attachments as a ZIP archive. Some export features require the Pro plan.

Yes. Camchain supports importing from Fuelly, Drivvo, Fuelio, aCar, and generic CSV files. Use the import option on the profile page.

You can attach photos (JPEG, PNG) and PDF files to service logs. The Free plan has no attachments; Pro allows up to 3 attachments per log.

Yes. Data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) with access control rules. Authentication is handled securely via Firebase Auth. We never share your personal data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Valuation uses the Google Gemini API to analyse your vehicle's make, model, year, odometer reading, condition and your vehicle's service history. No personal identifiers are included in the request. The estimate is for informational purposes only and completely optional.

Yes. Camchain is available as a mobile app for Android, with IOS on the horizon. In the interim for IOS, create a PWA on your homepage, open up the webpage camchain.app/vehicles in Safari and click the share icon in the address bar, then select "Add to Home Screen".

Contact support at support@camchain.app with your account email and we will process the deletion. Your data will be removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
